I created this app in February 2025 with my friend Sangmin when we decided to get our body profiles taken in the summer and needed to build our bodies systematically.

For muscle growth, not only is exercise important, but you need to consume about twice your body weight in grams of protein (160g if you weigh 80kg). I felt the importance of diet when I prepared for my first body profile 3 years ago.

I originally made this for diet tracking, then added workout tracking features. Rather than using other apps that recommend workouts, I used to record my daily exercises in a notepad, but it was annoying to press buttons multiple times to enter repetitions and weights. So I used GPT to record with the same experience but calculate volume by exercise.
